Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using DocFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service description
DocFlow is a mobile application for tracking personal contracts, subscriptions, and document expiry dates. It is provided "as is".
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- For iOS: you must have an Apple ID and an active iPhone or iPad.
- For Android: you must have a Google account and an active Android device.
- You must accept Apple's or Google's terms and conditions (we cannot enforce them — they do).
3. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
- You may delete your account at any time in-app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
4. Subscription (DocFlow Premium)
4.1 Plans
- Monthly: 49 CZK / month
- Yearly: 399 CZK / year (≈ 33 CZK / month, save 17%)
- Both plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
4.2 Billing
- Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store (iOS) or Google via Google Play (Android). We do not see or store your payment details.
- Your Apple ID or Google account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
4.3 Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Renewal price is the price you originally agreed to, unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days in advance.
4.4 Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store app → menu → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until then.
- No partial refunds for unused time (per Apple's and Google's standard policies).

- Available only to first-time Premium subscribers (per Apple's and Google's rules — one trial per account per subscription group).
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- If you don't cancel, the subscription automatically begins at the regular price.
5. Free tier
- 3 contracts maximum
- 5 personal documents maximum
- No PDF scanner
- No family sharing
- No CSV / Excel export
- Standard support
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Probe, scan, or exploit our backend
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App
- Use automated tools to access the service
- Share your account with others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your content
- Contracts, documents, and attachments you create remain your property.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you and the family members you invite.
- We do NOT use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload.
8. Family sharing
- The family-sharing feature lets you grant read-only access to your contracts (NOT your personal documents) to up to 5 family members.
- Invited family members must accept the invitation and have their own DocFlow account.
- You can revoke access at any time in-app.
9. OCR feature
- When you scan a contract, the image is sent to Google Cloud Vision for text recognition.
- Google Cloud Vision processes the image and does not retain it.
- OCR is best-effort. We make no guarantee about accuracy of recognized fields — always verify.
10. Reminders / notifications
- DocFlow can send push notifications about expiring documents (90 / 30 / 7 days before, day-of, day-after).
- You can disable notifications in your device Settings.
- We do NOT send marketing notifications.
11. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Loss of data is unlikely but possible — we recommend exporting CSVs periodically as a backup. We are not liable for data loss caused by your device failure, account loss, or third-party service outages (Apple, Google).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Banbosh Studio's total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero for free users).
- We are NOT liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Banbosh Studio harmless against any claims arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds beyond Apple's or Google's standard policy.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by Czech courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
17. Apple-specific terms
- These Terms are between you and Banbosh Studio, not Apple.
- Apple is NOT responsible for the App or any claims relating to it.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and can enforce them against you.
